Mae We All January Challenge

A blank January Challenge Calendar is HERE

1) Drink Half my bodyweight in oz every day

HUGE 1/2 Gallon Water Bottle. I have this one and LOVE!
HIGHLY suggest a clear water bottle with a straw - you will drink more!
Supe Cute and leak proof!!! (also has a straw! 🙂 )

2) READ 10 PAGES OF A BOOK EVERY DAY

This book is amazing and will change your life.
I CAN'T WAIT TO READ THIS!
I read ALL of the Hunger Games but now need to read this PREQUEL

3) Move 30 min every day!

Nothin' makes me wanna MOVE more than a new pair of leggings!
..THESE SOCKS ARE AWESOME. Thick but thin, comfy but perfect for activewear. Breathable but warm.
The exact one I have is out of stock.. but i LOVE being able to walk while working, watching tv, ANYTHING! It's light and easy to move and can store under a bed! THESE ARE AMAZING.

4) one min cold shower

Quick Recap though… burn fat, be more alert, boost immune system and MOOD, and most importantly CONQUER the lil BISH inside your head that tells you, you can’t. BEGIN TO PROVE THAT VOICE WRONG BY SAYING YES I FRICKIN CAN. 

So really all you need to do a 1 min cold shower is determination. But I linked a few shower favs below bc THEY’RE FUN 🙂
