You all CRUSHED January x a BAJILLION!! So whether you’re up for MORE or are ready to JUMP on the Mae We All Monthly Challenge Series.. FEBRUARY IS FOR YOU!!!! 

 LET’S GOO, LET’S FRICKIN GET IT!!!

I put together a calendar of just 4 THINGS to do EVERY day of February.  Just 28 Days. We can do ANYTHING for just 28 days. 

  1. Why do a new challenge each month? 

  2. – Committing to something small for 30 days is a lot easier than trying to immediately commit to something new “forever”

  3. – 30 days can put you well on your way to making something an actual ingrained habit

  4. – Trying something new gives you confidence and a sense of accomplishment

  5.  

A Calendar for you to print and hang in front of your face EVERY DAY is right HURRR! 

A Calendar for you to SAVE as your phone backdrop for the month of Feb to motivate you to COMPLETE is also right HURRR!!

The 4 POSITIVE HABITS for February are……

1 - MAKE YOUR BED EVERY MORNING

Want to know what makes you feel like you have your ISH together (besides no dishes in the sink) HAVING YOUR BED MADE!!! Just do it. Less than 2 minutes to make it look nice. Also – DING DING WE HAVE A WINNER – it sets a GREAT mindset for the rest of the day because you already ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING!! 

2 - Push Yourself push ups

Maybe it’s 5 that are a struggle right now or maybe it’s 20 – whatever # is just a little uncomfortable for you… COMMIT TO THAT EVERY MONTH!! Watch AND FEEL how much easier they will begin to get!!! LET’S GO! 

3 - Look at your bank account

Pull up your bank/credit card  app and have a come to Jesus of where, when and why you are spending money. Looking at it every day will make you much more aware of spending habits!! 

4 - Less screen time

Is your weekly report making you  >:-(  or are you doomscrolling late at night?? No social after 9! I find myself scrolling while I’m laying in bed when I could be 1) Reading more 2) Reflecting on my day or 3) Doing some ~meditative breaths to get me ready for sleep. Either way.. TikTok @ night isn’t helping turn my mind DOWN. 

THERE WE HAVE IT!! 

– Make your bed – Push yourself push ups – Look at your bank account – No Social after 9 !!!
